Last I checked Market Cap=OS*PPS

If the share reduction didn’t decrease the underlying company value then it raised the value of our shares

Why reduce the OS to 600M from 900M and put a soft cap of 500M if they’re “making room” for more dilution? The facts point to the exact opposite of what you’re claiming. In other words you’re WRONG.
