The more penny stocks one invests in, the more then will see that uplisting delays are not only VERY common, but minor compared to what most of these other companies are doing.

If this is a scam, why is it not being diluted heavily? Why did he reduce the AS? Why are institutional investors starting to buy it? Why would he even be TRYING to uplist and provide the market with more transparency?!.. i could go on and on..

This is a good company dealing with some growing pains... But if one does not have much investing experience, they might be fooled into thinking its the end of the world.

Did you get a chance to read the reason for the extension? Oh that's right, it doesn't matter, because Roger is full of BS. The level of expectation is pretty high for some when it comes to the company delivering everything on time. Why don't we all just complain since we are only invested in a penny stock trying to find its footing by generating multimillion $ in revenues and in the process of uplisting to a better market (QB).

Let's face it, this company would be nothing without Roger's accomplishments, whether you believe so or not. We are all still here making AMFE relevant so they must be doing something right, wouldn't you agree?
