Hmm...delisted...yep they were delisted from the TSX Venture for failing to pay their annual sustaining fees...but i cant find where trading was halted for shares on the pinksheets?

and it doesnt make a whole lot of difference to me if they run deeply in the red....It appears to me that 3 P Networks is the co. that may reap the big ROI on DFSG's expensive infrustucture.
