Effective at the close of business June 22, 2006, and in accordance with Exchange Policy 2.9, the following companies' securities will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange, for failure to pay their Annual Sustaining Fees. Prior to delisting, these companies' securities were subject to a suspension from trading.


I wonder if they just didnt take into account shares that were very thinly traded on the pinksheets? It appears that Lindsay was correct in that trading was halted for all shares trading on the TSX Venture.

I have just been reading your post and grizzum you hit the nail on the head.

All of you have really done some excellent DD in a relative short period of time. Aggressive investigative work. You are all hired!

If this company wasn't profitable before and went thru a delisting. Isn't profitable now and has no cash. What would change to make it profitable?

Why would they want it? It could have a negative impact on the purchasing company.

With the buyout occurring the insiders were selling I gather?
