TVOG does not need IHUB investors. If they want to ride along they can, but Network 1 will be bringing in their own list of investors as soon as the deal 8k is out. Remember Network 1 usually only works with NASDAQ companies. They didn't get involved in a shell penny stock for the hell of it.
All non dilutive as well. There is NO dilution to the float in this stock. How many OTC stocks can say that?
You can buy in or not. If you or anyone does I think they will do VERY well over the next weeks and months to a year. If not?
