Good points except the PP’s completed here were done a decade to half a decade ago when the company was putting out false and misleading data/info. They even got in trouble with the SEC one time for selling PP shares to unaccredited investors.

Like most underwater longs here it makes sense to hold this to zero or hope a lottery ticket hits. The odds are not in the company’s favor.

then how about toxic funder Lincoln Park Capital, another private placement investor?

they have sold over 9 million LWLG shares into the market the last two years

LWLG: Lebby made $175k last year, you can't live on that in San Fran. The dudes sole payoff here is the stock / options / warrants he owns.
