Purchasing shares vs acquiring shares directly are two different things. There have been no insider purchases. Reading a Form 4 is DD 101.

do you really not understand that when LWLG Directors are on the Operations Committee they get compensated by receiving shares and/or options FROM LWLG for free?

they are not purchasing shares and/or options with money from their own pocket

Experienced investors know DD means being able to connect the dots with developing Products which they did 2 weeks after buying my initial shares. A coincidence, I know not.
