I will say that I think S&L is very location dependent. I don't think S&L is a restaurant/bar you can just place anywhere. I think locations need to meet certain criteria in order for them to work. Where as something like a Starbucks can just work anywhere. Location is key for S&L.
It does take time and we have a good broker working on the file. No doubt they are aware of suitable locations and waiting on whether leases will be renewed or not. If you wanted to make ribs and the first store was out would you buy hamburger instead or shop around?
