Stock62,

I bought an early round Private equity 14 years ago by the name of Bloom Energy and over $1B in private equity rounds later they still haven't completed their IPO. They have been featured on 60 minutes and Former Secretary of state and 4 star General Colin Powel has been on the board for years now and the IPO is back on the table for next month. We will see...

I appreciate this tale of woe particularly because I absolutely refused to buy an enchanting $2 stock that was then one of yesteryear's penny dreadfuls because ex-President Ford was a primary member of the group doing the IPO of a biotech.

President Ford's sole contributions to medicine consisted of the swine flu vaccine that maimed and killed [actually a courageous decision but not in keeping with my point :-(] and deciding for his wife to have a breast chopped off when there were better and more attractive options.

The biotech pioneered timed-release pills, made a fortune and made me despise President Ford even more for preventing me from buying it. :-)

I take a bit of an exception to your example, Stock62. LWLG remains a "penny dreadful," a "junk" stock, "bush meat," whatever grabs you for an epithet to Wall Street and will for a while yet as the sort of folk who fall down open manholes because they are short-sighted dream of Mr. Big buying instead of seeing a giant being born.

Maybe LWLG will be lost to the vultures but that's a worry beyond our control and safely in Lebby's hands IMO.

Best, Terry

Stock, I agree with you, when this launches, only a select few here will have been correct for all these years, what some kooky knuckleheads and stooges here refer to as "broken promises" and "failures" along the way were not that at all, they were stepping stones in a development process, and perhaps the time frame to achieve the true Next-Gen P2IC Platform has taken much longer than anyone anticipated, but in the past 3-4 years the focus of the company was shifted in a BIG way to take CONTROL of its own destiny, and to not allow so much time to be wasted by trusting others, namely Universities and NDA partners, to advance this technology, and if you are a two-bit trader who thinks you can time this, I caution that you may well find yourself on the outside doing a happy dance with a pocket full of lunch money on a 50% surge pushing PPS through upper bollingers and SAR's when the suddenly the stock is halted and your feet stop moving when subsequently LWLG re-opens some time later with the PPS is 5-10 times higher, funny thing is those types have such giant egos they will likely have already posted their "great" success here attempting to get some sheep to follow them out, so they can "time" a buy-back lower on these folks backs, lol, why? because that's how those types roll ya know

Honestly I'm not sure Bloom's business makes financial sense, it is more of a feel good green thing. Everytime I pay my Delmarva power bill they are forced to turn around and give Bloom money and they also get money from the Feds and State in the form of cash, loans and tax credits. So I guess I'm an investor as well, LOL. I do see their boxes but I don't know that in the United States we truly need it. If there is a country out there with Natural gas, no generating stations, and do not want the noise of generator, then it would fly, I guess, Africa?

Sounds like a black hole, trap, Private companies can be difficult to value and are not liquid.

Sorry but that is how I saw it.
I'll see you in Denver

Stock nobody is a bigger believer than I am in LWLG. My point is that the constant hype and hate is irrelevant, as the only thing that matters is what happens in the Lab. We have nothing untill we have everything, and we don't have anything yet.

You know what they say about Statistics and lies. If you want to quote all stats, we are down more than 70% since our high many years ago. But so what if you are all in you/we are looking for a positive ending and we are making great progress.

Championing the cause against the haters by declaring these modest gains does neither good or bad

There has been no insider buying. There have been option awards and stock based compensation based on being part of a committee.

I did my DD on the technology and researched Dr Michael Lebby on the BOD and saw the SEC filings every month with stock purchases and started to buy myself.

The unsophisticated investor lacks the ability to do the proper DD. This is why accredited/sophisticated investors are required for PP. This is also why this company uses the LPC conduit to bilk unsophisticated investors so insiders have a paycheck. No sophisticated investors will put any money to work here.
