Helloyah - you might be right because Im not a legal scholar. But Google it - The definitions I read seems like it would apply to old shareholders. Just my opinion but this case is sooooo crazy you might be right. No idea !!
Thanks helloyah for saving many of us on this board the twenty something dollars on that transcript. Greatly appreciated it and enjoyed reading the Debtors Attorney stumble over himself quite a bit. Posner didn't even understand the settlement agreement.
