Not following this Stock cash for my WMIH we are the company buying NSM why would I have to vote to keep my Shares or take cash. Defeats the purpose of me continually adding to my WMIH Shares. Or our you talking about the preferred shares being converted anyway we don't own any Series B Preferred Shares we aren't part of the elite billionaire club. What am I missing Here. My WMIH Shares will automatically become whatever the new mergered shares are named. In my view we should still be WMIH. We are the acquiring company.
