May 17th: Nationstar annual meeting. Proxy votes.

The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott, 8440 Freeport Parkway, Irving, Texas 75063.

June: WMIH will hold their annual meeting

They will announce vote counts and total amount of shareholders who have elected cash or WMIH stock.
They will approve merger.

June 15th: Series B Holders receive semi annual Dividend in WMIH shares

Hopefully in July we will merge.
