With all due respect, you've got it 100% backwards. It's the shareholders that own the equity of a corporation. Shenzhen Jinbo Investment doesn't hold JBZY, it's the other way around. Shenzhen Jinbo Investment has no right to hand their shareholder's equity over to another shell.

Of course though, I'm talking about legitimate companies...
