So you are saying the preferred shares that are convertible to common shares and have voting rights don't matter? Dequn Wang is calling the shots in JBZY because he owns the shell and has majority voting rights. Dequn Wang is also calling the shots with any company he owns or has a majority interest in. IMHO, we don't have much say on what happens to JBZY
