I guess I should have added IMO. At this point we have to connect the dots until there is a formal announcement. We know that the CEO stated she is working on a merger. (Fact) She said she was going to get current with Nevada.(Fact) That has happened. (Fact) She said she is going to get current on the filings. (Fact) We will see in due time. In the short time I have owned ILST I have not been let down. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
Lets be fair here. Yes she is a scammer but in her defense she dose let the share price run up before she dumps. Look at her other ticker. That one bounced into the half penny range a bunch of time in the past year or 2. Of course she dumped it right back to the trips, but who cares where all just here for the runs. Buying down here and just waiting for the hype can still be profitable even though we know she is a proven scammer. I have made great money off the biggest scams. I'm sure everyone remembers the marijuana runs of 2014. They were all scams, but I banked off them. Remember this is penny land where playing in. It's to be expected.
