I guess I should have added IMO. At this point we have to connect the dots until there is a formal announcement. We know that the CEO stated she is working on a merger. (Fact) She said she was going to get current with Nevada.(Fact) That has happened. (Fact) She said she is going to get current on the filings. (Fact) We will see in due time. In the short time I have owned ILST I have not been let down.
