There are a lot more then that that I have found. ILST's old website domain is just another one they picked up to add more traffic to there site. It's that simple.
If you Google the first line on their About Us page there are over 100 domains all pointing to the same web-site. The domains are schools, churches, pretty much every thing. Each one is masked and forwarded. My guess is that this is being done by a cyber squatter grabbing expiring domain names. They randomly point all of them to the mining site while they try to sell the domain names. I figured that out yesterday but I want to see the speculation. False alarm, this is not the merger partner.
