If you Google the first line on their About Us page there are over 100 domains all pointing to the same web-site. The domains are schools, churches, pretty much every thing. Each one is masked and forwarded.
My guess is that this is being done by a cyber squatter grabbing expiring domain names. They randomly point all of them to the mining site while they try to sell the domain names. I figured that out yesterday but I want to see the speculation.
False alarm, this is not the merger partner.
