Hate to be such a negative voice but it is not unreasonable to believe that they have no "basics" to report ... they are so mired in inaction that I suspect it is hard for them to get out of bed every day and meander to the office to sit around BS'ing and doing whatever non-productive things they continue to do ...
I don't know anything for sure but there is a distinct smell of no leadership happening here and to date our deep pocketed donor has not seemed to step up.
