Just because you can't see everything you want to see about them, doesn't mean Utopya is screwing you. Startups can't divulge all of the information during development, especially share structure, without fear of losing shareholders. For example, dilution. Dilution is needed to raise capital needed for operations. But, I doubt this is the case here. All big players involved are venture capitalists, so they can get money without using company value to do so. Or they do it, and pay it back before conversion take effect. Neither of these scenarios scare me one bit. Hiding share structure and big news about distributors/partners with the company are reasons I'm loving Utopya right now. I can't wait for Utopya to start dropping bombs on the world. Going to be one big explosion after another!
