That alan brochstein sounds shady. I heard any company that doesnt pay him to promote them gets bashed.

The info you mentioned is just a sales pitch. And, what it said is typical to sell their services.

It mentioned some obvious like there are many MJ companies out there and most of them are no good. What the source forgot to mention is how their crystal ball knows the OWCP stock price will go down when we will be only getting strong positive news on what company is working on. They intentionally mixed OWCP with the bad apples with no product in the pipeline.

Plus, the so called source conveniently forgot to mention that they jumped the gun because there is a 60-day period for filing with SEC!

My Advise - This is another self-promotion to sell services like they said themselves below. Stay away!

From the article, Alan didn't mention that OWCP is required to file a S-1 registration statement so the shares going to the unnamed company are immediately free trading.

First, to call Newbridge Securities an "institutional investor" is a bit of a stretch, as it is one of the several sharks that feed on struggling OTC companies."

The 8-K is disastrous for shareholders.
