I have a small position here so maybe don't follow as closely as I should. But I just kind of shake my head when I read all of the negative comments on different Ihub boards. (btw, I agree with your take on BVT*)

This is a penny stock, trading at 26 cents. It has some warts, or it would be trading at 26 dollars. I'm invested for the potential, I expect some hiccups along the way. If investors waited for the all clear before buying shares, it would cost multiples of what it costs today. Until the company is proven to be doing something wrong (not just one insider) or their IP is shown to be worthless, I'm excited about the possibilities.

Alan Brochstein and I share email correspondence from time to time. He is aware of the press release and has read the 8K.

Alan and a partner publish New Cannabis Ventures, an email newsletter about public and private reefer companies. Alan is fair and balanced in his analysis. He has pages of interviews with CEOs of private and public reefer companies. He also has pages of articles about reefer company scams.

The industry has and most likely will continue to attract charlatans.

It's clear to me the transaction was facilitated on behalf of a to-be-named institutional investor. It's unfortunate Alan misinterpreted the message.

From the article, Alan didn't mention that OWCP is required to file a S-1 registration statement so the shares going to the unnamed company are immediately free trading.
