Ahh yes APHD. Bugs me as well. I'll go back and review your post. Below is a timeline I came up with back in December.

Just guessing here but perhaps Jason figured out APHD wasnt actually doing anything by the time they put out the 10k on 9/6/17.


4/5/17 APHD files form S-1

4/10/17, APHD LOI Classidocs aquisition, news but no filing

5/3/17 APHD CEO files withdrawal, RW, of previous S-1

5/9/17, APHD preliminary increase A/S from 1B to 5B

6/17,  All of June there's a couple classidocs PRs from IP Risk and Jason

7/12/17, APHD LOI to aquire ARALOC

9/6/17, APHD 10K covering up to April 30 2017 --- this is where I would expect to see Classidocs details right? I recall not seeing them but it's been awhile since I looked them over.

9/19/17, APHD and Myriad Software Productions, LLC agree to not conclude aquisition of Classidocs

10/20/17, APHD CEO letter update to shareholders on expansion efforts

11/17/17, APHD preliminary 1:100 R/S of issued and outstanding common stock
