I hope Jason found a decent securities attorney who'll give him the right advice. The way the story's played is to some extent reminiscent of ORRV/MHHC. Though Remillard has moved much more quickly to fix things.

Wherever Jason goes from here, he did the right thing in reviving the Nevada entity. It's definitely the first step in fixing the mess Alessi created.

LDSR - I see that Jason voided the original merger document filed with the NC SOS that fraudulently merged the NV Landstar into the NC Landstar

Then filed a new merger document now that he has successful revived the Nevada entity for LDSR

I guess either FINRA listened to me and forced Jason to do it or Jason listened to me and did it on his own

Still no name/symbol change from FINRA yet though. Some are speculating the 29th of June since Jason made June 29th the effective date for the merger of the NV entity into the NC entity though that would be an unjustified assumption.

Also LDSR filed this supplementary disclosure with OTC markets yesterday declaring itself no longer a shell. The document clearly stats that Data443 has no revenues to date which has to be a punch in the gut to some of the people that have been falsely touting Landstar/Data443/ClassiDocs as a revenue making business the past few months.
