75 independent "sites"? Not likely.

Let alone standards requirements, costs would be even
more than the "conservative" estimates that are scoffed at.

Guessing minimum $200/day X 75 sites X 12 weeks to use other's numbers.
And that is just the salary of attendants. Double it for per diem
and analysis? Probably eats the hell out of $600K.

My assumption is that the observational portion will take place at home and the administration of medicine will take place at home. And testing of blood and brain activity would happen at a trial site. This is pure speculation.
