Their business has changed a couple times since 2011 and since they re-domiciled to Wyoming from that submittal for Nevada. If you read my original assessment:
That quarterly shows what the business of ANDI is as of that report, I presume, or it doesn't and they hosed it up. You'd think that if a merger had occurred, that quarterly would be vastly different.
