This is only half the story or more like fictional writing. The story about moving forward with updating financials and getting current with the SEC has been repeated for over six months and currently there is no way for RMRK to be current because they have zero dollars to do so. Any money CryptoCompany spent to do so wasn't enough otherwise the filings would be there.

CryptoCompany already assumed the note as uncollectable - as in it won't be repaid and can't be converted to shares.

RMRK is a dead shell company. No one is seeking or trying to do anything for the company. Only an outside company that is looking for a public trading vehicle would do so and the last one that was interested (CryptoCompany) is no longer interested. Any company that would have been interested would now see that as red flag.

The real story is pumpers on this board are trying desperately to get anyone to buy their $.0001s at .0002s or higher before this gets stock revoked by the SEC because of no financial reporting for three years.
