I'm not sure I fully agree. The shell statement and possible prospects are where the value comes in.
CRCW got halted. They couldn't do anything with RMRK, even if they wanted to. They had to let it go due to the aforementioned.
However, debt has been paid off and audit was said to be ready at the time that CRCW got halted. I know, I know. We have heard that for 6 months, but again nothing could be done after the halt so there was no point for RMRK to provide financials.
CrCw releasing this shell may not be seen as a red flag due to that. After all, it is a virtually clean shell and from that perspective it is a good prospect.
I'm still a mod here. I did sell my position at a huge loss last month.
Does not mean I'm not watching closely for new/future developments.
Marxbys write up was a fresh perspective, separate from the average pump, so I do give credit where open-minded credit is due.
