Obviously, the insiders to the knowledge of the
pending merger with LFZA ( USSEC people ) were
the ones who bought during the 2 weeks before
the announcement. I would tend to say that this
was insider trading at its' worse. There would
have been no other reason to have purchased stock
in this shell, other than insider knowledge.
