Seems the minority is becoming of one the way the reality

I'll take the position that whatever the take on the status
of THIS IND or subsequent interpretations of resolved
"dialogue", nothing changes at least through this Summer.

Advocates can line up their resource material to defend
a proposition, but in the end those who rely LEAST on
