If they convert at 0.0545 and there is no one to sell it to higher than that price...why would they sell.

I wonder if that was a board decision made by Note holders as converting debt for shares at .0545 is so tempting.. They could then immediately sell it for .04 (maybe 50k shs) and generate much needed tax losses
