lol, she said "fuck" twice. It wasn't necessary, but the word is used even on the late-night shows. They bleep it out, but leave the, ah, fricative so people will know what word was used. She may have expected to be bleeped, but for some reason she wasn't. Perhaps C-span doesn't run to that kind of equipment.
