Based on his posts I can tell that NoDummy has displayed some remarkable DD in the past that has exposed lots of companies for frauds. But being down here in the OTC it is easy to call 99% of the companies frauds because they are. When you get so used to seeing the same pump and dumps over and over it’s hard to see anything beyond that. Just like my posts are mostly speculation, his are as well. You can look at the financials and the PRs and the players involved and spin them anyway you want, both positive and negative. He and others who spend all their time down in the OTC calling companies out on their lies are gonna be right 99% of the time (odds are in his favor), but imagine if they are wrong. No one is perfect and I think some here should look past the fact that this thing is listed on the OTC and look at the DD and decide if their is a chance this thing is the real deal. If it is and their is a large group of folks who believe it is, it truly will be something the OTC has never seen.
Maybe, just maybe they release the Q in June and there is no further dilution. Maybe those restricted shares are cancelled and debts repaid from sale of phones to distributors and O/S is lower then expected and we see the PPS skyrocket. Speculation is fun.
There can only be one right and one wrong. Time will tell.
