It is good to see someone posting PPS with a little bit of common sense. I personally think if it ever hits .025 again that will be a miracle,I have been saying .0125 I have no doubts that the share structure has increased(the outstanding and the float) since the last filing and will likely continue to increase, But I hope your predictions are correct but the rate of decline trend line on the chart makes .025 look iffy :)
