The company notified folks they were in the process of a name change & Ticker/Symbol change. The company said they will do the Name change with Wyoming first and proceed to the Ticker/Symbol change with FINRA next. The Name change was finalized March 5, 2018 with Wyoming SOS. This can be viewed on Wyoming SOS web page. The Ticker/Symbol change with FINRA is in process now. So, as anyone can see, there is absolutely no issue with the Name nor Ticker/Symbol change at this point. Just waiting on FINRA. Go ANDI/UTOP and GLTA!
