In layman terms and for the simple minded does this SCOTUS ruling bode well for WDDD moving forward Datastream???

Well that blows.
It is now wait for CAFC to decide.
I was wrong about my timeframe call on when the SCOTUS decision would come down. Been wrong on a few things lately....hopefully that trend continues, and I am wrong about a remand as well.

Always important to focus on the specifics of a case vs relying on other cases to go ones way in order to make money here in WDDD

I mentioned this many times when many implied that Oil States would go the way WDDD needed.

Clearly it did not go the way WDDD needed.
