The decision certainly would make the CAFC to try a litter harder to come up with their own concurring and/or dissenting written opinions to support their logic in Worlds' appeal.
If you believe in Worlds' strong position in the time bar issue, then take any big drop in WDDD as a buying opportunity in heavy trading volume days.
Note that the bid/ask spread is still large on percentage term, and be careful in placing your order and evaluate your risk tolerance accordingly.
