what do both of these PTOI *trades* have in common?

Somebody was smart enough to unload shares of this junk....and somebody was stupid enough to buy into this POS company.

(whose MM Monthly report is due out this coming week) ..
i was curious to see the days' *volume* around those filings .. recognizing that 2
