You don't know who the shorts are. IMO. You are guessing. Are you suggesting NWBO is manipulating shorting of their own company? That's a pretty serious accusation.

Of course they are assisting the manipulative financing deals.

How many time have they structured deals in order to allow somebody to not have to report to the SEC?

Those "pre-paid warrants" used several times were a gimmick to avoid the "investor" tripping the 5% disclosure rule.

OK, I actually agree with BiosecInvestor on this point. The problem is the system and the scum who work it. These bottom feeders running money for the cash strapped bios will most certainly do whatever they can to make a few extra bucks.

Like many cash strapped bios, LP is stuck between going BK and dealing with the scum.
