Heck, I don't care and I am sure you don't either as to who gets the ball rolling, so long as it gets rolling and the revenue streams start flowing in a significant way!
I am all in favor of the dollars too! lol!!!!!! Beats the alternative if you know what I mean! lol!!!!
I just know for a fact that government has never been quick to move on anything. I hope they change their ways this time but it does not appear that way to me. You have a much better probability of businesses and corporations getting onboard faster than the government.
