Not even close. The OTC short report is simply regurgitating FINRA's daily short VOLUME information...which is not short interest. Many conflate the two because they both use the word "short". But in fact are VERY different. I explained this in more detail here:

Agree, both reports are valid reports. As you can see, the reports validate that there was Massive Shorting of ANDI stock for 4 week period included in the report. Numerous days it exceeded 50% of the total volume for the day. ANDI/UTOP is rock solid here! Go ANDI/UTOP and GLTA!
