There are also posts that explain that momentary short position volume as the way a trade is marked and has nothing to do with shorting a stock in the context being claimed here.

What reports? The daily FINRA short VOLUME reports?

Short VOLUME is different from, and bears NO RELATIONSHIP to, short INTEREST.

A very common misperception in the OTC.

Those reports all come from one source, FINRA. PERIOD. FINRA tells us we may not use those reports to infer “positions”. PERIOD.

Don’t get caught holding this over the weekend. Too risky. Let the dilution continue.
