I think I understand a few things. No floor gives you protection. In a worst case scenario. Perhaps if ECAB misbehaves etc. You can even pressure the BOD into paying dividends etc.
But I think you also understand my perspective. It doesn't matter what I think. The market sets the price. And I wouldn't be surprised when the ECAB note holders read about your terms, they are going to dump all their 5M+ shares. They are probably doing that already. Not to mention the shorts we may have.
Anyway, there is not much we can do about it now. It's a good thing you came on here and clarified. Because it doesn't look like we will get an amendment to the 10-K. So thanks for that.
