We all very much appreciate all the good info and contribution to the board over the years. I understand your point. If you were to understand all the information it might help your perspective. You are knowledgeable and thoughtful and good at what you do. I was simply offering to share in private what you know well cannot be communicated over an email.

Nevertheless the terms never contemplated a stock at this level is correct. That is what I am trying to communicate. That the stock is at these levels , is ridiculous. That we did not consider it is just the fact. But what shareholder should focus on is what actually will happen. Since the loan in its entirely is still outstanding and no shares issued. Therefore I am trying to be helpful here by articulating that managment and I are thoughtful and rational and have no intention like those hear thinking either the managment or I are destroying the company. I would suffer like everyone else. I have no say and no ability to direct what the company does. But I do control what I do and I am respectful of all shareholders. Including you.
