GRD You appear to act in two very different ways. Here you present yourself as a reasonable person with the best of intentions. Regarding the terms of the 4 million dollars loan you have demanded terms which mean that you can depress the pps to a very low level by dumping milions of your shares and then convert your loan at for instance 15 cents per share. That would give you more than 25 million shares. Don't you understand that the market cannot live with this high degree of uncertainty?
