This is not the issue, Snow. He's a 10% owner. The moment he buys or sells a single share, he has exactly 48 hours to make it public through a Form 4. I think. lol.

But, to us it was pretty obvious that this $4M loan was the Garret loan. The market may not see it that way. And that is somewhat of a real problem.
