Fair enough... it is up to interpretation. I was already on the side of believing that Garrett was acting in the best interest of the company and shareholders, so this was just confirmation for me. I do not believe that Garrett is out to destroy. I do see how that is a possibility, but we also must consider that the company was at a point of minimal alternative options. We will have to believe that this was the best option, and a friendly one IMO.
