If I recall correctly, during the IPR process they never denied using the tech they just tried to prove that the process was a combination of prior and therefore shouldn’t have been patentable. We all know that didn’t work. So, indirectly they have definitely admitted to using the technology

Not that I have heard. They got some claims temporarily determined to be unpatentable, but no admission on the rest.
