No one could know a number of NSS if there were any, But any trade that is on the tape is not a NSS, I had just checked the SHO threshhold list and ANDI is not on it so I assure you ANDI is not NSS

Even it were possible to short ANDI it doesnt make any difference as the PPS is what it is.
The possibility of a short attack is always offered up as excuse in the penny market for OTC tickers like ANDI where the PPS has tanked. If ANDI is being shorted it always will be and nothing can stop that.
