Why do you think the FDA granted TOCA BTD and allowed the Phase II to become a Phase III? What might the FDA be seeing?

Same reasons you like it. I am not being flip, but the bull case is fairly obvious. But the FDA is far from error proof in designating BTD. See https://www.fiercebiotech.com/biotech/breakthroughs-broke-down .

TOCA has gotten very cheap.

Ok, I'll have to look at it again. If it is cheap enuf, they are efficient at execution and run a good ph3 they might be worth a reload. (Remember that my primary point was that they may have some efficacy, but just unlikely to have the anywhere near the efficacy implied by their PRs).
